FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY?
Your session fee is due in full on the day you book your session. You can pay with an online bank transfer or cash, in person in line with social distancing rules Once the payment is recieved Sarah will send you a confirmation e-mail with details of your booking and useful infomation to help you enjoy your photo experience to the full.
The product package cost is due on the day of ordering, at your viewing reveal and ordering session or via your personal online password protected gallery. You will receive a link to your personal online gallery or have Sarah come to your home for your ordering session (government permitting) generally 2- 3 weeks after your photoshoot.
DO YOU HAVE CORONAVIRUS PRECAUTIONS IN PLACE AT YOUR PHOTO SESSIONS?
Yes, during these uncertain times in the Covid-19 pandemic I am following the government's guidelines in practising as much as a safe environment as possible. I am only able to do outside photo sessions at the moment, where I will wear a face mask and on those occasions I need to take my face mask off (to pull a funny face to a child I am photographing to get a giggle or laugh out loud reaction ) I will stay at least 2 metres away form my clients.
I am using a variety of lens length so I can still capture the requirements of my clients and keep a safe distance from each other. Instead of being quite 'hands on' with posing my clients, I will instruct my clients how to pose with suggestions and guide them in ways to feel relaxed.
I clean down all my equipment before every photo session with anti bacterial wipes. I also offer online consultations via Zoom, email or phone call to help guide my clients in all the options that will suit each individual client. Also I offer my clients the chance to have a completely 'contact free' chance to view their finished images on an online photo gallery where you can order products at ease at home. I will then personally order your product from the professional photo lab or bespoke framers to complete your order and hand deliver it to your door, social distancing of course, when it is ready. This can take from 10 days to 6 weeks, depending on what products you order.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF PRODUCTS I MUST ORDER?
No, not at all. You can order individual prints or framed photos to discounted packages. I will not pressure you into buying anything. I aim to let the photos sell themselves. I will just make you aware of the products and show you samples via photos, in person with samples or zoom.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE UNTIL I GET MY PHOTOGRAPHIC PRODUCTS?
It depends on what you order. Digital files can be transferred to you via a zip file almost immediately once you purchase them via the online gallery. If you order digital files to be presented on a USB stick and any unmounted prints via a face to face viewing and ordering session, it can take 1- 2 weeks.
Canvases, framed prints and albums can take up to 6 weeks. I will check each product for quality control before I hand deliver or post it to you at your home or business.
DO YOU HAVE A PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE?
Yes, I have insurance for all my camera equipment including public liability insurance and all my portable electrical studio equipment is pat tested to ensure it is safe in your home or place of business.
