"Party, party, party" went the little six and seven year old kids.
I had the chance to photograph a lovely boy's 7th birthday party at Krazy Playdays in Tilehurst, Reading. A bouncy castle was a solid addition to a party along with lots of yummy food that the kids enjoyed after running around having so much fun.
If you have your event in the evening after normal opening hours to the public, you can hire the whole of Krazy Playdays in Tilehurst out for a private party as long as you bring your own food. This time Michelle, Logan's mum supplied the kids with a load of pizza and juice cartons. It was great as she was able to fill the room with a good amount of kids and have different elements of fun like football, hide and seek and generally lots of fun in soft play and not worry whose kids were interacting with who or where they were. I also felt a lot more at ease knowing that all the parents and kids were with Logan's party were all the adults there so all I had to concentrate on was capturing the spirit of the party with my camera.
It is always a sweet moment walking around the party capturing moments of the kids having so much fun just being kids. They got to run around, throw little balls at each other, play hide and go seek in mayhem of the soft play area. Parents were able to just chill out with a cup of coffee and catch up on a natter and have a well deserved break.
If I didn't have my camera I was very tempted to go down the big slide myself. It looked real fun.
Anyway, here are my favourite photos from the party.
Keep having fun kids whenever you can. What is a birthday party for but to have lots and lots of fun. This party was full of that plus it had a minion as a guest of honour!
