I love portraiture! I am a friendly, honest and chatty photographer who uses my personality to set my clients at ease and try to give them a fun and relaxed portrait session.
Apart from aiming to create the perfect photo for the client, I focus on producing a great overall experience for them as well. I do this by gaining as much information as possible before the photo session to help with ways to relax the client on the day. I normally ask questions via email to gain a better insight in to the family or person to help me engage more effectively on the day, especially when children are involved. I will ask what the child's favourite things are etc.
My aim is to strive to create the truest reflection of 'you' in your photos.
I take techniques from fashion, documentary and lifestyle photography I have learnt over the years to produce the perfect combination of posed and candid photos to give you powerful and honest portraits.

WHAT TO DO NEXT
Step By Step Guide on How Your Photo Experience Works
STEP 1.
Check out my prices below and examples of my work. If you like my photo style for your portraiture, contact me to check my availability and book a session.
To secure your portrait session booking, you need to pay the session fee and sign an electronic contract which I will email you. As soon as you have signed and paid I will send you a confirmation email.
STEP 2.
Have a great photo session with me on location or at your home and most importantly, relax and have fun!
STEP 3.
With your permission, see a sneak peek of 3 - 5 of your images on my social media pages within 48 hours after the session. (however, If you opt out of this, I will, of course, honour your wishes.)
STEP 4.
Look at your final edited images on your personal password protected online gallery about two weeks after the session. Alternatively, I can come to your home and show you your images on a tablet and talk you though your product options with some photo samples and physical samples.
STEP 5.
Pick a base collection from the following options: -

STEP 6.
Personalise your package with adding photo products to your chosen collection like having a framed canvas or multi- aperture frame displaying your favourite images from the session, which you can order via the online gallery or with me. I will get in contact after you order to find out the details of your frame stain preference or photo selection for a bespoke framed photo product.
STEP 7.
Receive your digital photo files immediately via a download email link once you purchase your collection off the photo gallery. Any photo products can take up to 6 weeks to be ordered from the lab and bespoke made by local professional framers. I will personally hand deliver your finished products once they are ready to your home or post it straight to your door, if you live outside of Reading.
All you have to do now is sit back and enjoy your photos for years and generations to come.
PORTRAIT SESSIONS
I charge a basic session fee which includes my professional service, my time, knowledge and expertise and once paid it ensure the date in my diary is all for you. You will be able to view all your images edited in my style on your personal online password protected photo gallery where you can then choose a product package that best suits your needs.
N.B No digital photos are included in the session fee.

1 - 2 hrs photo session at your home or on location of your choice
Travel cost within 30 miles from Reading, Berkshire ( extra cost for further distance)
A password protected personal online gallery with a presentation of all final edited images, where you pick and order an appropriate product package from.
Access to your online gallery at the comfort of your home, up to 2 weeks after photo shoot.
Opportunity to purchase prints, digital images or products online with the products being delivered direct to your house.
WATCH ME GROW
Session Fee: £ 210 (Saving of £75)
Special discounted package of photography that captures your little one as he/she grows, from newborn to 2 years old
This includes:
Consultation through email or phone
Three Baby photo sessions (or one maternity and two baby sessions) over the first two years of child's life. Minimum 4 months gap between each session.
Each photo session lasts 1- 2 hrs at your home or on location of your choice.
Travel cost within 30 miles from Reading, Berkshire ( extra cost for further distance)
For each session included in the package, there will be a personal password protected online gallery with a slideshow presentation of all final edited images, where you pick and order an appropriate product package from.
Opportunity to purchase prints, digital images and products in the product packages or individual items from the individual items menu on your online gallery
PRODUCT COLLECTIONS
DIGITAL ONLY COLLECTIONS
For you to use time and time again
The digital packages are ranging from 30 images to 10 digital images and all the digital only packages are discounted to give you value for money, so the larger the package, the larger the discount.
Each digital package includes unlimited printing rights so you can print when and where you like, at your convenience.
If you can't narrow down your choice and you want all the images in the gallery including the black and white versions,
it will be £700 ( £14 per image) for ALL gallery images.
For a standard session, there are at least 50 different images in the gallery not including the black and white versions as well.
All chosen purchased files can be downloaded from the online gallery. To have the images stored on a Sarah Curtice Photography logo USB 8 GB flash stick in a wooden keepsake box, there is an extra charge of £40.

Each 'print only' package below consists of unmounted colour or black and white prints on Fine Art Photo Rag 300gsm professional photographic paper that are presented in a simple and elegant gift box or tube for the large prints. They are available only to add to any digital only or digital & print collection above.

Hands Crafted Bespoke Raw Wood Frames
All the below individual prints are presented in a flat profile classic yet modern oak frame, in an off white window mount with anti-reflective, top the range, Art Glass 70 U.V protected glass by local professional framers.
All frame are hand painted in a Farrow & Ball paint with a satin or matt finish or a beautiful wood stain finish of your choice.
Stain choices are dark brown mahogany, antique pine, black, lime wax, red, walnut and green wax, blue and purple wax, blue and clear wax.

Beautiful hand crafted raw wood frame with Art Glass 70, top the range anti reflective glass with 70% U.V protection, window mounted in an off white acid free mount card showcasing your favourite 3 - 9 photos in a multi aperture layout.

You can choose from array of hand painted stains and Farrow & Ball paints to personalise your frame to suit any room in your house.

FRAMED CANVAS
£ 500
A beautifully made canvas, classic in weight with the dimensions of
30 inches X 20 inches in a wooden tray frame with a 10 mm gap between the frame and the canvas so the canvas appears to be floating in the frame. The frame is hand painted in the Farrow & Ball colour of your choice by a local professional framer.
Tip: Pick a colour that is in the majority of the photo as it will help lead the viewer's eye to the photo without distraction.

COFFEE TABLE PHOTO BOOK
